Saving the Bees – The Win!!!
represented Pesticide Action Network, Center for Food Safety, and Beyond Pesticides in the lawsuit, filed in 2014. Lead attorney Greg Loarie had asked a California court to force the state Department of Pesticide Regulation to stop approving the use of neonicotinoids until it completes its review of the effects of these nicotine-derived pesticides on honey bees.
